Lady Bugs (Young Toddlers) Assistant Teacher

Sierra Crout

Hello! I am Sierra Crout and I am excited to be the assistant teacher in the ladybugs classroom and to be working with your little ones! I have been an assistant teacher in the classroom since early 2023 and have other experiences working with young children. I graduated from Middletown Christian in 2016, and I am happy to be back working at the school. I have an associate’s degree in Early Childhood and Development from Cincinnati State, and I am working on my bachelor’s degree in Primary Education at Miami University.

I grew up going to church and learned a lot about praising God through using musical talents he has given us. I learned a lot about singing and playing instruments such as piano and percussion. I use the talents that God has given me by attending my local church and being a part of the music ministry from time to time. I am delighted to work at MCS and be able to work in a christian environment and teach about the word of God.

Outside of work one of my favorite things to do is travel. I have traveled with my family to many different places all throughout the United States. My dream is to travel to other countries to be able to see the beautiful world that God has created.

I am so grateful for the opportunity to be able to be a part of the MCS family and to teach in the young toddler’s classroom. The toddler stage is full of many developmental milestones and I am blessed to be a part of them and helping your children grow.
