Event Coordinator

Jen Rathel

Hello!  I am Mrs. Jen Rathel and I am the Event Coordinator for the ELC.  I am a graduate of Baptist Bible College in Springfield, Missouri where I received my BS in Youth and Bible.  I received my CDA (Child Development Associates) from the University of Cincinnati in 2023. I asked Jesus to be my savior when I was 8 years old and have been faithfully serving in church ever since. My family and I attend Serenity Baptist Church in West Chester, where I currently serve on the praise team and in the nursery. I am married and have two adult boys, Zach and Spencer who are both married. I enjoy singing, going to church, and spending time with my family.  I love being in the field of early childhood education! I was a preschool teacher for 19 years and really enjoyed working with four- year -olds. I count it an honor and a privilege to be a part of a Christian organization who believes in giving children a firm, biblical foundation for life! It’s so exciting to see children learn and grow in their faith and become Jesus followers. This is the heartbeat of Middletown Christian ELC and I am blessed to be a part of this ministry.
